We operate two Clay Target sporting fields - one with a five stand and the other with a DTL layout. We run seven traps on remote controls and can cater for up to twenty shooters at a time. We have one international Archery target at present, with a second target being constructed shortly. We shoot both recurve bows and compound bows using mainly carbon fibre target arrows. All safety equipment is supplied and we give a safety briefing and instruction using the bows. We also offer petanque, croquet and Giant Chess as well as an outdoor swimming pool.
Oak Lane Lodge offers a range of sporting and recreational activities. Set on acres of pristine farmland, there is ample space to enjoy Clay Target Shooting, Archery and more.
The Lodge is well set up to host Corporate Functions, Team Building, Day Seminars and Social Events. Our Sporting Fields provide great opportunities for a selection of challenging outdoor pursuits and Team Building Events, including clay pigeon or clay target shooting. Safety briefings are given with all shoots and instruction is included. Coaching is available by
arrangement. We offer catering for lunches, dinners and morning and afternoon teas as required. We also supply beer and wine with meals. Alcohol is only available after archery or clay pigeon shooting is finished for the day.
There is a minimum cost to open the field - generally 10 shooters required or less by arrangement subject to a minimum charge.
